On 12/30/2025, Officers from the Blaine Police Department responded to a report of a Predatory Offender Registration violation occurring in the City of Blaine, Anoka County. Upon arrival, Officers spoke to the manager of the Carriage Oaks Apartments, A. B. A. B. Stated she had just learned that Keean Vontreal Griffin Jr., [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the Defendant, was staying at her apartment complex and was not registered with the BCA to live there. Review of Defendants Predatory Offender Registration paperwork shows Defendant is required to register as a predatory offender and he last registered his address with the BCA on 12/19/2025 as homeless in Minneapolis.

A joint tenant in Defendant’s apartment was spoken to, and confirmed Defendant had been residing at the Blaine apartment for approximately nine months.
