On June 1, 2026, at 10:07 P.M., Saint Paul Officers responded to the 900 block of Reaney, Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, on suspicious behavior. The call comments included an unknown male was in the back stairwell banging on the upper unit door. Officer Seth arrived on scene and located a male-MCCLENTON- in the back stairwell leading to the upper unit. MCCLENTON was a non-compliant predatory offender. He had a misdemeanor warrant for Trespass out of Ramsey County. MCCLENTON was arrested. MCCLENTON said he was at the residence to see someone.
MCCLENTON is required to register with the Minnesota BCA due to convictions for Domestic Assault- Strangulation and Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 4th Degree-Force or Coercion, conviction date 11/06/2019. MCCLENTON began registering with the Minnesota BCA on 12/11/2019. MCCLENTON’s registration date is 12/11/2019 with a lifelong registration period. MCCLENTON signed his original BCA POR Registration and Duty to Register Forms dated 12/11/2019, received by the Minnesota BCA on 12/23/2019, where he acknowledged his duty to register a primary address and changes, to return address verification forms within ten days, and if homeless, to complete weekly homeless check-ins.

On 01/01/2026, MCCLENTON was marked non-compliant by the Minnesota BCA for failing to return his verification packet. The Minnesota BCA mailed the verification packet to MCCLENTON’s registered address of [ADDRESS REDACTED], [APT REDACTED], Saint Paul, Minnesota, 55106-5791. MCCLENTON was arrested and booked into the Hennepin County Jail on 04/20/2026 for non-compliance with his registration requirements.
