On August 27, 2025, investigators were dispatched on a report of a past action burglary that occurred on August 23, 2025, at an apartment complex located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Security video depicts the suspect entering by forcing the locked exterior door with a small pry tool and entering the building. The suspect in the video facial features, hair style, tattoos and physical build all match SYRUS WILLIAM HAROLD MILLER, DEFENDANT herein. The DEFENDANT uses a small tool to defeat the lock that the victim had use to secure the bike to the rack and leaves with the bike out the Lagoon Av entry.

The DEFENDANT did not have permission to enter the building or take the bike. The DEFENDANT is currently in custody and has five open felony theft and burglary matters.
