On January 23, 2026, at approximately 1028 hours, Edina police officers were dispatched to the 4600 block of W. 77th Street in Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota on report of a violation for an Order for Protection. Dispatch advised responding officer that the reporting party was crying and dispatch was able to hear heavy knocking on the door during the dispatch call. Upon arrival, police met and identified female, Victim herein, and an identified male, Victim’s roommate. Police spoke with both parties and learned that ALLIE JEANETTE MAAG, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein had just been at the Victim’s apartment door, banging on the door, saying “Military Police, open up.” Victim has an Order for Protection against Defendant, and Defendant has a pending Terroristic Threats and Stalking case open in Hennepin County (MNCIS No. ••-CR-••-••••) against this Victim [NAME REDACTED] is a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order.
Police learned that Defendant had contacted both Victim’s roommate by cellphone and appeared at his place of work. She left a voicemail stating that she is a Hennepin County Clerk and needs to meet with him to serve him papers. Defendant told the roommate’s workplace that he was under arrest by military police. Police also spoke with the management office of the apartment building and learned Defendant had left a voicemail on that system stating: “Hello, I am with the Hennepin County Court. There should be an individual on premises within the next 15 minutes to serve papers to one of your tenants.
These papers will remove one of your tenants from the building as it is a no contact order against another tenant within your building. Like I said if you could please let them in, they are going to request the person step out of the apartment for these papers to be served.” Police located Defendant at a hotel and apprehended her. Upon encountering Defendant, who was in a workspace at the hotel, they observed five falsified court documents, one of which was a search warrant for Victim’s residence.
Victim is extremely concerned and frightened for her safety. She reported to police that the stalking has been going on for a long time, and it has escalated. Of note, in the open Terroristic Threats case, Defendant was found in the parking lot of Victim’s apartment building. Defendant remains in custody.
