V1 described the males as wearing brown jackets, trench coat length, like Carhartt style. The male with the gun had a black ski mask that covered his entire face, blue jeans, boots, black belt, leather brown jacket. The male with the white beanie wore a brown jacket. V1 denied knowing either male. V1’s father, JM arrived at Regions Hospital. He denied knowing any reason why two males would show up at his house. JM denied money issues and denied that a large amount of currency was in the house. V1’s mother tracked his phone.
Deputies located the suspect vehicle in the area of Wacouta Street and 6th Street, Saint Paul, at 3:46 A.M. Deputies conducted a VIT maneuver and stopped the vehicle. Two males 3 62-CR-26-535 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 1/26/2026 were inside the vehicle. Commander Devoy called V1’s phone and it rang in the suspect vehicle. The two males in the vehicle would not identify themselves, did not have identification, refused identification by IBIS, declined a formal interview, and declined to submit a DNA sample.
Jail staff identified the two males as ELIJAH NATHAN DULEY, [DOB REDACTED] and CORDELL FITZGERALD DULEY, [DOB REDACTED]. CORDELL DULEY had $1, 033 in US currency in his front pants pocket. During a search of the suspect vehicle, V1’s cellphone was found. An additional cellphone and a pair of blue jeans with heavy blood was found in the vehicle. A brown/yellow jacket with blood similar to description given by V1 was found in the vehicle. SC is the registered owner of the Kia Sorento. SC said her boyfriend, Elijah Duley, was arrested in the car.
She said she did not know he had her car. On January 25, 2026, ELIJAH DULEY placed a jail call to a female. He said, “Yea, he found some of the money.
