On September 8, 2025, ISAIAH ALAN WHIGMAN, [DOB REDACTED], was trespassed from Holiday Gas Station, [ADDRESS REDACTED], Saint Paul, County of Ramsey. On September 27, 2025, at approximately 4:25 A.M., Saint Paul Officers were dispatched to the Holiday Gas Station, [ADDRESS REDACTED], on a male suspect who was stealing snack cakes. Sgt. Mueller responded to the Holiday Gas Station. Store Manager MMP pointed to a male, later identified as WHIGMAN, who was crouching down in the aisles and looking at packages of candy.
MMP said WHIGMAN had been putting items in his pockets. WHIGMAN yelled at MMP and walked toward the exit door. Sgt. Mueller told WHIGMAN he was not free to leave and tried to grab his arm. WHIGMA broke away from Sgt. Mueller’s grip, ran out the exit door, and into the parking lot. Sgt. Mueller went after WHIGMAN and was able to apprehend him shortly thereafter. WHIGMAN was arrested. In court file 62-CR-24-3329, ISAIAH ALAN WHIGMAN, [DOB REDACTED], was convicted of Theft, felony conviction 11/4/2024 (stay of imposition per 609.13.5, probation three years). WHIGMAN had an active gross misdemeanor warrant.
