Shawn Michael Norring

On March 11, 2026, SHAWN MICHAEL NORRING [DOB REDACTED] resolved felony cases in Ramsey County District Court. Norring was released on his own recognizance pending sentencing. Norring remains in custody on out-of-state charges. On January 14, 2026, Noring failed to appear at an omnibus hearing in Ramsey County District Court file 62-CR-25-8324.
