On April 15, 2025, Shakopee Police Officer Orlando Hernandez responded to a report of a fraud report at a business in Shakopee, Scott County, Minnesota. An identified adult male, (“Victim”), stated he was at the business and received a notification there was fraud on his Cash App account. Someone hacked into his account and stole $4,280 from him. The money went to account: “THAGODDESS22.” Victim [NAME REDACTED] did not recognize that account and had not provided access to his account to anyone. Victim stated Cash App closed his account after the fraud so he no longer has access, and was told to contact police.
Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Through investigation, police determined the account “THAGODDESS22” returns to LaShawna Latrice Parker-Johnson, [DOB REDACTED], (“Defendant”). The username “THAGODDESS22” was removed from the account on April 16, 2025, the day after the fraud. Detective Wyckoff observed two transactions from Victim’s account to Defendant’s account for $2,140.00 each, totaling $4,280.00. On transaction occurred on April 14, 2025, one transaction occurred on April 15, 2026. Victim confirmed both transactions were fraudulent.
Police attempted to contact Defendant but were unable to reach her.
