On 09/03/2025 at approximately 1305 hours, law enforcement officers with the Bloomington Police Department responded to Sephora at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Hennepin County on a report of a theft. Law enforcement learned through surveillance video and law enforcement liaison that the theft was completed by a group of three individuals working together, specifically: FB, date of birth 03/xx/2008 (herein FB); FRANCISCO BAMBALOI, [DOB redacted] (BAMBALOI); and GRIFINA CIUCUR, [DOB redacted] (CIUCUR). BAMBALOI acted as a lookout and distracted employees, while FB and CIUCUR concealed merchandise in purses.

The total estimated loss was calculated by staff at $7,323. Law enforcement learned that these individuals have hit multiple stores together in the area and around the country. A warrant is requested due to the scope of the investigation and the lack of a known location for the defendants.
