On or about November 13, 2025, Moorhead Police Department Officer E. Bozovsky was dispatched to a report of a motor vehicle theft that occurred at 517 32nd Ave. S. In Moorhead, located in Clay County, MN. The victim [NAME REDACTED] had been giving an individual by the name of 'Jon' a ride earlier in the day, and the two were looking for something in an apartment complex when that individual took her phone and keys and ran away. Her vehicle was missing when the victim later went to find it. The Victim provided a photo of the individual responsible, and using that photograph the individual was identified as JONATHAN MASIBULELE HIESERICH [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the Defendant.
This information was confirmed with the Defendant's probation officer. Officer Bozovsky was referred to the Defendant's address, 1210 34th Ave. S in Moorhead, where he was able to locate the stolen vehicle. The victim [NAME REDACTED] was an IPhone 12 Pro Max, estimated to be worth approximately $1,000. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
