Through the screaming and yelling from the large crowd of people, Adult Female A pointed to MALIMU and stated her husband had beat her and the kids up.
Officer Lloyd noted that there was blood on her mouth region and lips. Officer Lloyd went to MALIMU to determine what was going on and placed him in handcuffs and walked towards the door. Adult Female A stated she did not need an ambulance, but asked Officer Lloyd to look at her mouth and hand. Adult Female A stated her husband choked her and assaulted her daughter afterwards. She said her kids have been very sick lately and she has been staying up with them.
She said MALIMU had only been worried about theirs. Adult Female A stated she had been struggling and asked MALIMU to help clean up the vomit from one of their children, MALIMU said he was not going to help her clean and if she wanted it clean she could clean it herself and he just wanted to sit down. She said that when she doesn’t work, it’s only her taking care of the kids and when she does work, it’s only her taking care of the kids. She said it all started ant that’s when MALIMU started yelling at her.
Adult Female A told MALIMU and he told her he was going to work. MALIMU told her he was going to work so she would struggle. This was when MALIMU started hitting her in her mouth and jumping on her and tried to choke her. The children were getting mad at that time and asking how could you hold her down and sit on her until she couldn’t breathe. She said before Law Enforcement got there she fainted. She said a neighbor poured water on her to wake her up. She said she could hear MALIMU say to let her die.
Officer Lloyd noted Adult Female A had cuts on her lip with blood inside her mouth. She noted her cheeks were red as well as her chest area. Later, MALIMU was describing the strangulation, and he used one hand and threw her on the couch after. She was not sure how long his hand was on her but her neck was still in pain as well as her head. She described the pain as being a 10 on a 3 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/26/2025 scale of 1 to 10. She said she felt dizzy after and that’s why she fainted.
