On December 18, 2025, at 8:23 A.M., Deputy Long of the Wright County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of violent threats made towards employees at Wright Hennepin Security, hereinafter WHS, in the City of Rockford, Wright County, Minnesota. A manager at WHS spoke with Deputy Long and stated the following: Between 3:21 A.M. And 6:06 A.M., two employees, T. M. And B. G., had calls with a customer, Adam Dean Weaver [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant, regarding alarms being activated at Defendant's business in South Dakota; The alarms were caused by environmental conditions, but the contract for security services required notification of the alarms via contact and communication with a person.
During three of the calls, Defendant, who was in South Dakota, made threats towards the employees. The threats were received in Wright County, Minnesota. In a call at 4:29 A.M., Defendant stated, "I am going to come to you, murder you." During a call at 5:25 A.M., Defendant stated, "I'm going there and I'm going to murder every person that works there, and everyone who works where you work." In a call at 5:41 A.M., Defendant said, "I am going to f*** you guys up." Deputy Long reached Defendant by telephone on the afternoon of December 18. Defendant said he was upset about receiving the calls from WHS, admitted making the threatening statements, wanted the address to WHS to bill the company for Defendant's time, and apologized for his behavior.
Given the facts alleged in the Complaint, Defendant's arrest is necessary to prevent imminent harm to anyone. Therefore, the State respectfully requests a warrant be issued for Defendant's arrest. If bail is set upon the Complaint, the State recommends conditional bail of $25,000.00 with conditions of no contact with Wright Hennepin Security, no contact with any employees of Wright Hennepin Security, including no contact with employees A. R. (manager), B. G., and T. M., no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, surrender firearms and verify surrender to Wright County probation, surrender permit to carry firearms, if Defendant has a permit to carry, immediately to Defendant's local law enforcement agency and verify with Wright County probation, no assaultive or disorderly conduct, verbal or physical, remain law abiding and attend court as scheduled, abide by any no-contact orders, or $75,000.00 unconditional bail.
