Wallace Jackson

On 1/4/2026 at about 6:06 PM Officers with the Minneapolis Police Department responded to the 800 block of 3rd St S in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The Police responded to a 911 call where reports of a resident running through the building with a knife, was trying to stab or cut multiple other residents and staff members. The 911 dispatcher could hear screaming and someone saying, “No No Stop.” Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the victim who stated that Wallace Jackson [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, had waived a knife in front of him and attempted to stab him in the neck.

The victim was able to grab the knife by the blade; Defendant pulled the knife away and cut the victims hand between the thumb and pointer finger. The Defendant was taken into custody and remains in custody on this charge.
