On January 30, 2026, at 1958 hours, Roseville police officers responded to Shake Shack, [ADDRESS REDACTED]. B2 W, Roseville, Ramsey County, on a report of Threats of Violence directed at staff and patrons. Officers spoke to two employees, JMC, [DOB REDACTED], and RJCS, [DOB REDACTED]. They both stated that a male, later identified as Ja’Ron Markes Henry, [DOB REDACTED], was in the restroom yelling and creating a disturbance. The employees told him that he had to leave. He came out into the dining room area and yelled, “F*** you.
I’m suing you guys.” He escalated further and said, “I’m going to f****** kill you.” He said, “I’m going to kill all you all.” While making these threats, he was reaching into his waistband and pockets as if attempting to retrieve a weapon. While he was doing this, employees observed something read which they thought could be a weapon. Officers encountered Henry on the property. They ordered him to get down on the ground. He would not comply. Two officers were able to get him in handcuffs. In a backpack on the ground near Henry, officers found a long black and red handled flathead screwdriver.
In a post-Miranda interview, Henry denied threatening anyone. He said the employees were violating his privacy and the restroom and he said he would sue them.
