On February 1, 2026 St. Louis Park police department received a report of threats to a local radio host and his daughter. Officers learned that on the same day a radio broadcast was in progress where listeners could participate by texting into the show. The broadcast business physical location is within the city of St. Louis Park, Hennepin County At approximately 9:55 A.M., the radio show received a text that stated the sender, "had a clue" where Victim's daughter went to school and "she and I will be waiting for you in heaven with a gun." Victim made a report in the city where his daughter goes to school and expressed concern to officers for his safety and that of his daughter.
Investigators located the origin of the phone number to CHRIS SCOTT NORDEEN [DOB REDACTED], herein after "Defendant", who lives in the city of Brooklyn Park, Hennepin County. Investigators spoke with Defendant who said that texted statement "sounded like him" and he had no intent to harm anyone. Defendant also admitted to the possession of firearms. Defendant is not currently in custody. Based on the seriousness of this case, the concern for public safety, and the possible penalties attached, a warrant is requested to address bail and conditions necessary to protect the public safety and ensure Defendant's reappearance.
