All of the conduct described herein occurred within the County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota, unless otherwise noted. On January 12, 2025, Duluth Police Officer Grondahl investigated the report of a package being taken from Tri-Towers Apartments in Duluth, Saint Louis County, Minnesota. Officer Grondahl spoke to the reporting party, D. M. Z. D. M. Z. Indicated that her package was marked as delivered on January 11, 2025, but she did not receive it. D. M. Z. Received a note from building security on January 11 that they located a box addressed to her in the building’s stairwell.
According to the note, the contents of the box had already been removed other than Styrofoam packaging. Officer Grondahl was able to use surveillance cameras to observe that on January 11, 2025, a FedEx Employee carried a package down the hall towards D. M. Z.’s apartment door. The FedEx Employee then returned down the hallway without the package. Officer Grondahl then observed LAKIEYA MIYANNA ROSE BODDY [DOB REDACTED] walk down the hallway towards D. M. Z.’s door shortly after the package was delivered.
BODDY then returned down the hallway and into the stairwell with a large box in her hands. BODDY is then seen in the stairwell carrying a bright green folding table. D. M. Z. Confirmed that this was her package and showed images of the item to Officer Grondahl on the website where she purchased the table. BODDY was previously trespassed from Tri-Towers Apartments effective until January 3, 2026. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
