On or about August 9, 2025, at approximately 2:08 A.M., officers were flagged down in the Mayslack's Bar parking lot located at 1428 4th Street Northeast in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Officers were flagged down by C. H., Victim herein, who was yelling and screaming that she had been “jumped” in the parking lot. Victim told officers she had been sitting in the driver’s seat of her car, a 2015 gray Ford Mercury, while parked in the parking lot. Victim was talking on her cellphone with a former domestic partner, N. B. Victim reported she was “going through family court” with N. B., and ever since those proceedings started, she was being harassed by N. B.’s new partner, SHAYLA NICOLE WEBSTER ([DOB redacted]), Defendant Webster herein.
Victim stated that, as she was sitting in her car, she was approached by three female suspects, later identified as Defendant Webster, MARANDA NATASHA DELONEY ([DOB redacted]), Defendant Deloney herein, and SHAUNTAIL RENEE EDELEN ([DOB redacted]), Defendant Edelen herein. One of the suspects opened Victim’s rear driver’s side door and pulled Victim’s hair. Another suspect opened Victim’s driver’s door. One of the suspects repeatedly punched Victim in the face. Victim reported her purse was taken from the backseat of her car during the attack.
Victim identified Defendant Webster as being part of the attack. Victim stated the suspects had just fled the area in a car. Victim stated she was recording herself on a second cellphone she owns during the attack. Victim’s cellphone video shows a suspect opening her car’s back driver’s side door and grabbing her hair from behind her seat. The video shows a suspect wearing a white shirt, later identified as Defendant Edelen, reaching into Victim’s backseat and grabbing Victim’s purse. The video also shows a suspect wearing a long sleeve, dark colored shirt or cardigan with a white square pattern, later identified as Defendant Webster, punching Victim in the face through the open driver’s door.

The two suspects wearing white shirts approach Victim’s car and each open one door. The suspect wearing the dark colored, long sleeve shirt or cardigan approaches the car after the doors are open, and the three suspects struggle with Victim.
The suspects then walk away from Victim’s car, one of them holding Victim’s purse. Surveillance videos from a nearby bar, Knight Cap, show four females, one wearing a dark colored, long sleeve cardigan with a white square design, one wearing a white shirt with light colored plaid pants, one wearing a white shirt with capris, and one wearing a floral jumpsuit, standing outside the bar at approximately 1:45 A.M. The female wearing the white shirt and capris walks away from the bar, across the street.
