On or about November 5, 2024, Officers from the Spring Lake Park Police Department received a delayed report of criminal sexual conduct. The adult Victim [NAME REDACTED] at the police station. The Victim’s grandmother reported Victim is a vulnerable adult. Victim [NAME REDACTED] on or about September 24 and September 28, 2024, her mother’s husband, MARIO LOPEZ ARGULAR [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant, grabbed her breasts under her shirt, without her consent. The Victim’s brother recently moved in with the Victim and her grandparents following similar allegations against the Defendant.
On or about September 24, 2024, the Victim [NAME REDACTED] at her Aunt’s home in Spring Lake Park, Anoka County, Minnesota, when the Defendant asked to massage her. The Victim [NAME REDACTED]. During the massage, Defendant slipped his hand under Victim’s shirt and bra and began to fondle her breast without her consent. The Victim attempted to move away and tell Defendant to stop, but Defendant pulled her back by her shoulders. Officers spoke with the Victim’s Aunt, who confirmed she observed the Defendant touching the Victim’s breasts while at her home.
The Victim's Aunt reported that the Victim [NAME REDACTED] from the Defendant as well. The Victim’s Aunt reported that Defendant’s touching of the Victim’s breasts was over the clothing. On or about September 28, 2024, the Victim [NAME REDACTED] at her home in Anoka County, Minnesota, and everyone was sleeping. The Victim [NAME REDACTED] on an air mattress with her mother and the Defendant in the living room. The Victim reported Defendant reached under her shirt and bra and again began touching her breast without her consent.
The Victim [NAME REDACTED] went to her room.
