Complainant makes complaint to the undersigned Judge of the above-named Court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 629.13, 629.14, and 629.15 for Court deter​mination of probable cause to support an Order of Deten​tion for the above-named Defendant, as follows: Complainant is a licensed peace officer for the State of Minnesota and is a Police Officer for the City of Mankato; Deputy for the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office. Complainant has received a teletype or facsimile or verbal report, from the County of Washburn, State of Wisconsin, alleging that the above-named Defendant has committed a crime in said state and fled from justice.

The Defendant, Abigail L. Brown, [DOB REDACTED] was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. That said crime is punishable in said state by imprisonment of one year or more. The Defendant is current in the custody of the State of Minnesota at the Blue Earth County Jail. The State of Wisconsin. Has confirmed that they will extradite the Defendant from Minnesota.
