On 12/06/2025 at 22:44, Prior Lake Police Officers were dispatched to Mystic Lake Casino, Prior Lake Scott County, Minnesota, to investigate a narcotics complaint. At the scene, officer spoke with Mystic Lake Security. Security officers stated they observed both people in the truck, a white Dodge Ram with Minnesota plate: [PLATE REDACTED], smoke narcotics through a glass looking “crack pipe” and that the male passenger put the pipe in the glovebox or the door pocket. Officer went to where the truck was parked and parked behind the truck.
The male that was sitting in the front passenger seat looked at the officer and started to rummage around in the passenger compartment and appeared to lower his arms to the floor area of the truck. The officers had the male and female exit the truck. They were identified as BLK, [DOB REDACTED] and Wayne Patrick Woodworth, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the Defendant. The officer saw a pipe in the inner, lower door pocket of the front passenger door. The pipe was still warm to the touch. The Defendant's eyes were very dilated.
Officer searched the vehicle and found in the large center armrest and found one more glass crack pipe that was burned on the end, a small mason jar with white powder residue, and a small green, yellow, and red rubbery container that has a very small number of white granules. The Defendant told the officer that “it was crack” and it belongs to him. He smoked it and placed it in the center console. The Defendant was released a the scene. The Suspect drugs were sent to the BCA for analysis. On 01/08/2025 the officer received the results of the analysis from the BCA Forensic Laboratory, which showed the substance tested positive for cocaine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance, and weighed.165 grams.
