Jesus Jesse Justo

On February 17, 2026, an individual parked in front of a house in the City of Blaine, in the County of Anoka and took a package off of a porch. The incident was captured on Ring Doorbell video, and was submitted to the Blaine PD. Several days later, an Officer with Blaine PD recognized the vehicle while on patrol, and was able to conduct a traffic stop. The individual driving was identified as Jesus Jesse Justo [DOB REDACTED], herein Defendant. Defendant was wearing the same hat, jacket, bag, and necklaces as the individual captured taking the package.

The value of the items in the package was $301.
