The Complainant having reviewed the applicable reports believes the following facts to be true: On November 22, 2025, officers with the St. Paul Police Department were dispatched to a reported domestic assault that happened on Hampden Avenue in the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. Upon arrival, they spoke with C. L. G., fully identified in the police reports. They observed bruising on C. L. G.’s chin, jawline, right eye, biceps, and legs. C. L. G.’s knees were also skinned and she showed officers additional bruising on her buttocks and lower back.
C. L. G. Indicated she was in an on-again, off-again relationship with Timothy Steven Neville, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, for the past six months. On November 18, 2025, she went to the defendant’s apartment to work things out in their relationship. The defendant became angry when he learned that C. L. G. Went on a date while they were on a break. He grabbed C. L. G. By the biceps and struck her twice in the face. The defendant pushed her to the floor, where she curled into the fetal position and covered her head while the defendant continued to strike her.
C. L. G. Tried to get up but became dizzy and fell. The defendant placed her into a bed. C. L. G. Later woke up and left the apartment. C. L. G. Also showed officers a card the defendant brought to her following the assault. In the card, the defendant apologized for his behavior. The defendant was not on scene when officers arrived and they have not located him. Officers also learned that the defendant has anger problems and has damaged C. L. G.’s home during angry outbursts. They also learned that the defendant’s behavior has been escalating.
Complainant has concerns for C. L. G.’s safety and requests a warrant for the defendant’s arrest.
