On 05/25/2026 at approximately 2326 hours, law enforcement officers with the Minneapolis Police Department took an in-person report at the First Precinct Police Station in Minneapolis, Hennepin County. Law enforcement met with an identified adult woman (JKAK) who arrived with her female cousin (Witness). Law enforcement observed that the women arrived in a vehicle that appeared to be followed by a separate vehicle that they stated was driven by JKAK's ex-boyfriend, KEYMONDRE ANTHONY RILEY, [DOB REDACTED] (RILEY). JKAK was threatened by RILEY following her in the vehicle.
JKAK reported that she, Witness, and RILEY were at a friend's house earlier that evening in Minneapolis and that RILEY became angry when JKAK left. RILEY followed JKAK to her residence in Minneapolis and banged on the door. JKAK fled in Witness' vehicle to the police station. While at the police station, RILEY continually called JKAK and Witness. JKAK answered a call and law enforcement heard RILEY state "I'll beat the f*** out of you for calling 911." JKAK disclosed an unreported incident from 05/02/2026 where RILEY hurt JKAK by choking her neck with one hand.
The incident resulted in visible marks to her neck and JKAK showed pictures to law enforcement. RILEY previously sent a picture message to JKAK holding a key as a threat that he could enter her apartment without her consent. The message caused fear in JKAK. RILEY has previously accessed JKAK's apartment building by following other residents into the building. After making the report JKAK and Witness left in their vehicle. RILEY located them and again pursued them in his vehicle. The women contacted 911 in fear and were directed back to the police station.
The women disclosed that RILEY attempted to run them off the road while driving. The women were so fearful that they ran a red light while being pursued. Due to the multiple threats and escalating behavior, law enforcement then escorted the reporting parties to their residences. RILEY is currently in custody for this offense.
