On July 16, 2025, at approximately 2022 hours, officers from the Minneapolis Police Department were dispatched to shots fired in the area of [ADDRESS REDACTED] North in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The initial remarks of the call indicated that the caller heard 5-9 shots in the area of the above address. A short time later a female called and reported that her son, M. H., had been shot in the genitals in the area of the incident address. ShotSpotter indicated 8 rounds being fired beginning at 20:21:20 hours in the area.
Officers located 5 discharged cartridge casings in the alleyway on 26th Avenue North between Emerson Avenue North and Dupont Avenue North. At 2111 hours, M. H. Arrived at North Memorial Health, [ADDRESS REDACTED] North in Robbinsdale, MinnesotA.M. H. Had been shot in the genitals. Officers spoke to M. H., who indicated the shooter arrived in a small white SUV that had its rear hatch open. On July 17, 2025, assisting investigators located Milestone video that captured the suspect vehicle. The video shows a small white SUV entering the intersection of 26th and Lyndale Avenue at 20:19 hours.
The driver appears to be the only person in the vehicle. Then the vehicle is observed leaving the Emerson/Dupont alleyway southbound between Dupont and Emerson Avenue North. The vehicle has its rear hatch still open. Investigators located an Automated License Plate Reader hit on the suspect vehicle at 20:22 hours south of the intersection of Emerson and Lowry Avenue North. The suspect vehicle was identified as a 2016 white Jeep Patriot. The registered owner of the vehicle was found to be S. W. Investigators were then able to identify S. W.’s husband, KIREICE PLEZ SACHET WILLIAMS [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, as the suspect who shot M. H. Officers located the suspect vehicle on July 18, 2025. The vehicle was searched pursuant to a search warrant.
Two discharged cartridge casings were located in the vehicle. Investigators contacted Defendant’s probation officer and learned that his phone number is [PHONE REDACTED]. Investigators conducted an examination of the contents of M. H.’s phone pursuant to a search warrant. Defendant’s phone number was saved as a contact under the contact name “Shifty.” At 2039 hours, M. H. Sent a text message to someone stating, “Shifty just shot me.” Records from Verizon, the provider for [PHONE REDACTED], indicate that Defendant’s cellphone was in the area of the shooting at the time of the shooting.
M. H. Ended up losing one of his testicles as a result of the shooting. Defendant has convictions that prohibit him from possessing a firearm including: - First Degree Aggravated Robbery (62-CR-18-4967) - convicted 7/12/2018 - Threats of Violence (62-CR-18-4775) - convicted 7/12/2018 Defendant has active warrants for 2nd Degree Assault/Drive by Shooting (27-CR-25-9964) and 3 27-CR-25-30030 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 11/26/2025 Aggravated Robbery (27-CR-25-9590). He is currently in custody at the Ramsey County Jail on pending 2nd Degree Murder charges (62-CR-25-7251). The State requests that this Complaint issue by warrant.
