On or about March 30, 2026 police were dispatched to a residential address in the 9000 block of Parkside Draw, Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota. Officers met with Victim and B. S. Who reported they believed Victim's brother JACOB MITCHELL LEHMANN [DOB REDACTED] (Defendant) had deliberately crashed his Jeep into their garage. Victim [NAME REDACTED] had been sending concerning text messages to family members. Surveillance footage from the residence showed a red Jeep enter the cul- de-sac at a high rate of speed.
The Jeep enters Victim's driveway making no attempt to slow down, before smashing through the garage door and crashing into Victim's parked car inside the garage. The Jeep then quickly backs away down the driveway, with front damage and the bumper hanging slightly off, before driving away at a high rate of speed. Officers then went to Defendant's address in Minneapolis and a couple of blocks from his residence located a red Jeep, MN plates SMP367 parked, with a damaged front consistent with the surveillance footage and and white scrapes (color of Victim's garage) on the vehicle.
ALPR data showed the Red Jeep, MN plate SMP367 To be at Hudson Rd and Radio Drive at 7:05 am and 7:08am, placing it in the vicinity of Victim's residence shortly before the crash. Officers executed a search warrant on the Jeep and inside located numerous documents with Defendant's name on it including a health care directive banning Victim from making medical decisions about Defendant.
