In January 2025, Detectives from the West Metro Drug Tas Force (WMDTF) began conducting an investigation into the sales of methamphetamine and other controlled substances by Juanita Williams [DOB REDACTED], herein after Defendant Williams, and her significant other, Allen Duane Eldridge [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant Eldrige. Detectives received information from a Confidential Reliable Informant that Defendant Williams was selling large quantities of Controlled substances including Methamphetamine and Fentanyl.
Detectives sought and obtained several search warrants throughout their investigation, including mobile tracking warrants for a cell phone associated with Defendant Williams and mobile tracking devices for vehicles driven by both Defendants. Through their investigation they learned that the defendants were residing together in [APT REDACTED] at the Budget Host Motel, located at 6881 Highway 65 NE, in the City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota. They also discovered that Defendant Eldrige had rented a self- Storage unit (#1109) at Public Storage located at 7807 Hwy 65 NE, unit E048, Spring Lake Park, MN. On May 7, 2025, Detectives applied for and obtained a search warrant to search the motel and storage locker, and to obtain buccal swabs from both defendants.
During a search of the motel police detained both Defendant Williams and Defendant Eldridge. Inside the motel police discovered a pair of keys on a small wooden table just left of the door. On the keys was a vehicle key fab (triangular shaped) with multiple storage locker keys on the ring. Another set of keys was found hanging on the wall. That set had a lighter on the key ring and several storage locker keys. Both sets of keys were taken so that police could execute the second warrant at the Public Storage facility.
Also inside the Motel detectives located approximately 427.4 grams of suspected marijuana and over $1,300 dollars. During a search of storage unit police located the following: 1) a Charter Arms Pink Lady.38 caliber revolver, Serial number 22L47864 which was loaded; 2) Approximately 503.2 grams of field-tested cocaine with packaging; 3) Two packages of suspected marijuana, one weighing approximately 562.07 grams, and the other weighing approximately 449.09 grams. 4) Amadeo Rossi.38 caliber, model 58, firearm bearing serial number AA255575; 5) a Beretta.380 handgun, model 85F bearing serial number F228634; 6) a Ghost gun (no serial#) AR-15, 5.56 caliber rifle; 7) Sawed off shotgun, New England Firearms, bearing Serial number NK376970 8) a Smith and Wesson M&P15 rifle, bearing serial number S438793; 8) Ammunition for each of the above listed firearms; 9) a 2nd Chance Black ballistic vest; and 10) a Galls Ballistic vest.
Several items were sent to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) for drug chemistry, DNA, and Ballistic testing. The BCA confirmed that the field test positive cocaine was in fact cocaine. DNA test results indicated a mixture of induviduals DNA on several firearms. The results indicated that statistical calculation supports the inclusion of Allen Duane Eldridge and Juanita Williams to the DNA mixture of item 3A, which is listed as, Textured grip and hammer of revolver of the Charter Arms Pink Lady,.38 revolver.
