Logan Gerald Hanson

On May 5, 2025, a deputy from the Stearns County Sheriff's Office was assigned to follow-up on a Cyber Tip from National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding potential possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The CSAM was linked to an IP address coming from a residence on the 100 block of Hutcheson Ave in the City of Eden Valley, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota. On May 29, 2025, after additional investigation, a search warrant was executed at the above referenced residence.

Electronic devices were taken from the three residents, including Logan Gerald Hanson, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. After extraction of the defendant's devices several images that appeared to be CSAM were located. Several of the search terms in the search history also revealed a preference for extreme pornography as well as CSAM. All the images believed to be CSAM were extracted from the device and sent to NCMEC for identification. NCMEC identified five images as confirmed CSAM: 1. Series: Wood and Stripes, victim [NAME REDACTED], depicting a prepubescent female laying down without a shirt on.

An adult is stroking their erect penis over the top of the child. German authorities responded to information requests and indicated the adult male was the child's father. The child [NAME REDACTED] in 2008 and sexually assaulted and videotaped in 2017. 2. Series: Wood and Stripes, victim [NAME REDACTED], depicting the same prepubescent female laying down without a shirt on. An adult is stroking their erect penis over the top of the child. The child's face is more visible in this image. German authorities responded to information requests and indicated the adult male was the child's father.

The child [NAME REDACTED] in 2008 and sexually assaulted and videotaped in 2017. 3. Series: 3 Sisters KHAB, victims identified out of Russia, depicting a prepubescent female with no clothes from the waist up. An adult male is holding the child's head with one hand and his penis in the other. 4. Series: PacifierCouch1, victim [NAME REDACTED], depicting a prepubescent female without clothes. An adult male is penetrating the child's mouth with his erect penis. 5. Series: QASWER, victim [NAME REDACTED], depicting a female child.

There is an adult penis next to her face. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or about the 29th day of May of 2025, in the City of Eden Valley, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offenses described herein.
