Nicole Sedivec Larkin

That on October 11, 2025, at approximately 2149 hours, Officer C. S., Minneapolis Park Police, responded to a property damage hit-and-run accident near 2845 West Lake of the Isles Parkway, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Upon arrival, Off. C. S. Spoke with the occupants of the vehicle that was hit, and they stated that a red vehicle driving the wrong direction on the parkway had hit the rear of their vehicle and left the scene without stopping. Off. C. S. Then searched the area and found a woman, Defendant herein, Nicole Sedivec Larkin, [DOB REDACTED], nearby without any pants or underwear on.

Defendant was near a red vehicle (MN Lic.#BZU562, 2016 Mazda CX5) and stated she was just trying to get home. Defendant had slurred speech, had bloodshot/glossy eyes, smelled of an alcoholic beverage and stated she pulled over because she didn’t think she should be driving. Defendant’s vehicle had damage consistent with hitting the other vehicle. Defendant was unable to follow instructions for field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. A search warrant was obtained for Defendant’s blood/urine and at 2318 hours, Defendant agreed to allow an EMT to take a voluntary, evidentiary sample of her blood pursuant to the warrant and for which later testing by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension showed her alcohol level to be 0.296.
