Officer then drove to the residence in Hidden Valley to attempt to locate the snowblower. When Officer arrived, he knocked on the door and spoke to a female (Witness 2). Witness 2 reported Defendant had brought a snowblower a couple of days earlier and started snow blowing the adjacent lot. After doing that, Defendant told another person that they could have the snowblower. Witness 2 called the person Defendant had given the snowblower to and advised them the snowblower was stolen and police wanted to retrieve it.
This person stated they would leave the snowblower outside of their residence for police to retrieve. Officer then recovered the snowblower. Officer then collected Defendant’s clothes from the jail. Officer observed the coat and a black stocking cap Defendant was wearing on the night he was arrested matched the coat and hat of one of the subjects observed on the November 30, 2025, video surveillance.
