On April 16, 2025, St. Paul police received a cross report about a sexual assault that took place on October 26, 2024. SAJ reported that she was at a Halloween party at an Airbnb on Minnehaha Avenue in St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota. SAJ said she was already intoxicated when she arrived. At the party, her friend, TQ, asked if she remembered Alejandro, later identified as ADRIAN FLYNN RIOS- WOLFRAM – [DOB REDACTED], “the cute security guard at Pour House.” SAJ reported that she caught RIOS-WOLFRAM staring at her multiple times with “lustful eyes”, and TQ told her that RIOS-WOLFRAM said SAJ had a fat butt and was cute.
SAJ told TQ that she did not want to talk with any guys or flirt because she was on a godly journey. SAJ asked them to take a shot with her. RIOS-WOLFRAM asked SAJ to dance, which she said she felt hesitant about but agreed. While dancing, SAJ stated that RIOS- WOLFRAM was really touchy, and to get away from dancing with him, she suggested they take another shot. SAJ said RIOS-WOLFRAM told her that he couldn’t drink too much because he was a driver and only took a sip while SAJ took a full shot. SAJ reported that RIOS-WOLFRAM asked her to go to his truck.
While walking to his truck, SAJ said she felt wobbly and intoxicated. SAJ said she told RIOS-WOLFRAM no and that she did not want to see his truck, but RIOS-WOLFRAM continued asking and stating nothing was going to happen. SAJ said she declined but agreed to go on a walk. While walking, SAJ reported that it was cold, and RIOS-WOLFRAM again asked to go in his truck and sit there and listen to music where it was warm. SAJ said she laughed and responded, “What are you trying to do?” SAJ reported that RIOS-WOLFRAM said he wasn’t like that and only wanted to listen to music.
SAJ agreed to go to the truck and recalled listening to music as they danced outside the truck. SAJ said she sat in RIOS-WOLFRAM’s truck with him because she was cold. After they talked briefly, SAJ reported that she and RIOS-WOLFRAM started kissing, which she said was as far as she was willing to go and told RIOS-WOLFRAM she did not want to do anything more. SAJ recalled RIOS-WOLFRAM sugar talk and pressure her. SAJ said she and RIOS-WOLFRAM began kissing again, and RIOS-WOLFRAM started to unzip her costume.
SAJ told him to stop, but she said she was feeling drunk and not able to physically stop him. SAJ reported that RIOS-WOLFRAM began to digitally penetrate her vagina, and she told him to stop. RIOS-WOLFRAM asked if she was serious, and SAJ responded that she was “dead serious.” SAJ told RIOS-WOLFRAM that she wanted to go back inside, but RIOS-WOLFRAM told her not to leave. SAJ said that when she tried to get out of the truck, RIOS-WOLFRAM grabbed her shoulder and told her she was okay and not to go.
