Joshua Paul Stromberg

On March 1, 2026, officers with the Brooklyn Center Police Department were on patrol and received a FLOCK hit on a vehicle. The FLOCK hit revealed a KOPS alert related to the vehicle and its registered owner Joshua Paul Stromberg [DOB REDACTED] (“Defendant”). Officers observed the vehicle pull into an apartment complex located at 3403 53rd Avenue North in Brooklyn Center, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Officers observed Defendant exit the vehicle; Defendant was arrested. Officers searched Defendant’s person and found a substance in his right zipper pocket.

The substance field tested positive for Cocaine, a schedule-II controlled substance, and weighed 0.28-grams.
