On June 10, 2026, at approximately 10:23 A.M., Saint Paul Officers were dispatched to Front Avenue & Como Avenue, Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, on a hit and run accident with injuries. When officers arrived, medics were assisting ARE, and advised she would be transported to Regions Hospital for further treatment. Officer Osman spoke with witness TLB. TLB said he was driving south on Dale Street when he saw ARE and another female (later identified in the investigation as TAMOREAI KAY MARIE ALLEN, [DOB REDACTED]) physically fighting at the intersection of Front & Como Avenue.
After ARE and ALLEN stopped fighting, ARE walked back to her vehicle. ALLEN got into her car-a white Ford Taurus, RTZ 446- accelerated, drove erratically toward ARE, and intentionally struck her with her vehicle. Officer Osman ran the license plate provided by TLB and showed him a photo of the registered owner, ALLEN. TLB confirmed ALLEN was the female involved in fighting and striking ARE with the vehicle. TLB said that ALLEN had dark colored hair. In ALLEN’s driver’s license photo, her hair is orange.
Witness WAS said he was driving east on Front Avenue when he saw a white sedan driving south on Dale Street disregard a red light. The white vehicle hit a pedestrian who was walking in the intersection. WAS said the white vehicle did not slow down and accelerated as it struck the pedestrian. WAS said the white vehicle had “clear intention to hit this person” and could have avoided the pedestrian. Witness VE said she was in the parking lot of [ADDRESS REDACTED] when she heard a commotion from the street.
She saw two females yelling at each other from their vehicles. At some point, the White female (ARE) approached the Black driver (ALLEN). The females fought in the middle of the street. VE said she started to record the fight with her phone. ARE was on top of ALLEN and punched her multiple times. ALLEN pulled ARE’s hair. After the fight, ARE was walking toward her vehicle located south of Front Avenue on Dale. The vehicle had rolled down the street as it was not placed in park. ALLEN got into her vehicle, drove south on Dale, and struck ARE as she walked toward her vehicle.
ALLEN continued driving south and then east. Officers went to Regions Hospital and spoke with ARE. She said she was working on DoorDash orders and picked up an order from Burger King. She was driving south on Dale and Hatch Avenue when she heard a vehicle behind her blare its horn at her. The driver (identified as ALLEN in the investigation) “tapped” her vehicle in the rear, yelled at her, and honked her horn. ARE wanted to continue driving and drove into the far right lane to go west on Como Avenue.
ALLEN drove behind her and “tapped” her vehicle again. ALLEN drove onto the oncoming traffic lane, pulled up next to her, yelled and cursed at her, and exited her vehicle. ARE’s car windows were down. ALLEN walked up to her and pulled her hair through a car window while her vehicle (black 2014 Jeep Compass) was still in drive. ARE got out of her vehicle and fought ALLEN, to defend herself. They fought on the ground and punched and pulled each other’s hair. ARE was able to get on top of ALLEN, and then said, “I’m done now.” They both agreed to let go of each other after a three-second count down.
