Based on reports from an incident occurring on January 17, 2026, your complainant offers the following to establish probable cause: On January 17, 2026, at about 6:40 A.M., officers from the Woodbury Public Safety Department responded to a residence on Equine Trail in the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota, on a reported domestic assault. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with an adult female, "Victim" herein. Victim [NAME REDACTED], MARIO DJUAN HARRIS, [DOB REDACTED], had come to her house, and the two had been drinking.
Victim [NAME REDACTED] had fallen asleep on her couch, and at about 5:00 A.M., Harris's cell phone rang. Victim answered the phone and spoke with the caller, a female. Harris became upset with Victim. Harris yelled at Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Victim [NAME REDACTED] went upstairs to go to sleep in her bedroom, and Harris followed her. Victim [NAME REDACTED] was yelling "f*** you" and slapped her across the face. Victim [NAME REDACTED], and Harris then slapped Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Victim did not immediately call the police, but she said Harris continued to escalate the situation, ripping cords out of the wall.
Officers observed redness on Victim's left cheek and a small amount of blood coming from Victim's left nostril. Harris, who officers described as obviously intoxicated, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail. Court records show that Harris has prior convictions for felony stalking from June 28, 2018, in court file 62- CR-17-3908; and misdemeanor violation of an Order for Protection from April 25, 2018, in court file 62- CR-17-4370.
