That your complainant is a peace officer employed by the Rochester Police Department who was advised of the following by a law enforcement officer with that agency, known to your complainant to be truthful and reliable and who is hereinafter referred to as officer: On 11/07/2025, at approximately 1:04 A.M., while in the City of Rochester, Olmsted County, State of Minnesota, a Rochester Police officer observed a motor vehicle bearing Minnesota license plate number ZZC285 fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign, weave within its lane, and drive on the fog line.
The driver was identified as Brant Dwight Dickison, [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant herein, and was observed to have breath with an odor of an alcoholic beverage and bloodshot watery eyes. The Defendant admitted to consuming alcohol and failed to correctly perform field sobriety tests, including failing a PBT (with a result of 0.192). The Defendant was placed under arrest for driving/operating/being in physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Upon being read the Breath Test Advisory at 1:43 A.M., and after being advised of the right to speak to an attorney, the defendant consented to take the offered breath test.
The defendant’s alcohol concentration was 0.18 at 2:01 A.M. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: YOU MUST APPEAR FOR EVERY COURT HEARING REGARDING THIS CASE.
