All of the conduct described herein occurred within the County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota, unless otherwise noted. On September 21, 2025, at approximately 8:10 P.M., law enforcement from the Eveleth Police Department was dispatched to a report of an assault on the 600 block of Hayes St., Eveleth, St. Louis County, Minnesota. The reporting party, Adult Victim 1, called 911 to report that she had been punched in the nose. Upon arrival, law enforcement spoke to Adult Victim 1 who stated that she exited her residence after hearing yelling and a loud crack.
She observed Adult Victim 2 getting chased by a group of females. Adult Victim 1 went to assist Adult Victim 2 when she was punched in the face by one of the females, later identified as Mikayla Gabrielle Gorden [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant. Adult Victim 1 sustained nasal bone fractures as a result of Defendant punching her. Law enforcement also spoke to Adult Victim 2 who reported that Defendant had struck him on the side of his face prior to him being chased by Defendant and the other females.
