On April 8, 2026, at approximately 10:22 A.M., Brookyln Center Police were dispatched to a theft report at the Sonder House Apartments, located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] North in Brooklyn Center, Hennepin County. Upon arrival, police spoke with the victim [NAME REDACTED] and learned that on April 4, 2026, around 2:25 P.M., the mail carrier delivered a package that she purchased through Gofo. The package contained children's clothing valued around $316.87. Q. C. Stated after the package was delivered, she received pictures in the entryway.

Police reviewed the video footage and observed that a resident moved the package from the entryway to near the Lexer box. A male suspect later picks up the package, looks at the label, and then walks away with the package. Police reviewed still shots of the male suspect, and another detective recognized him from another case. Police pulled the DVS photograph and identified the male suspect as TREYVON LEWIS RISER [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Defendant matched the still photograph of the male suspect stealing the package.

Additionally, Defendant was arrested in an unrelated incident on April 6 and was wearing the same black jacket that he was wearing during the package theft. At present, Defendant is not in custody.
