On April 4, 2026, approximately around 4:48 P.M., St. Louis Park Police Department Officers were dispatched on reports of a theft in progress at the Knollwood Target located at 8900 Highway 7 in St. Louis Park, Hennepin County. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Target loss prevention staff. Loss prevention staff informed officers they observed the male suspect enter Target, select and conceal store merchandise and then exit the Target without making any attempt to pay for the concealed merchandise.
Loss prevention staff then escorted the male suspect to the loss prevention office. Loss prevention staff were familiar with the male suspect because that morning, loss prevention staff observed the male suspect exit the Target with concealed merchandise. Loss prevention staff identified the male suspect as JAMAIE LAMOND GLENN [DOB REDACTED] "Defendant" herein. Loss prevention staff provided surveillance reports, photographs and surveillance for several previous thefts. The thefts occurred from March 21, 2026, until April 4, 2026, Officers reviewed the reports for each theft, and confirmed on each occasion, Defendant enters the Target, selects merchandise and exits without attempting to pay.
Loss prevention staff estimated the total amount of merchandise stolen by Defendant is $2104.90. At present, Defendant is not in custody.
