On or about May 15, 2026, at approximately 8:00 A.M., investigators with the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office executed multiple narcotics-related search warrants at two hotel rooms (217 and 255) at the Best Western Hotel located in the 1500 block of 16th Street SW, in Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota, a residence located in the 500 Block of Zumbro Dr. NW, in Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota, three vehicles, and the persons of Shaketio Antonio Webster, [DOB REDACTED] (hereinafter “Webster”) and Krystianna Monae-Amore Wiley, [DOB REDACTED] (hereinafter “Wiley”). Investigators approached room 217 and knocked on the door.
Wiley answered and was removed from the room. As she was being removed, Wiley stated that there was fentanyl in her purse and she had aluminum foil in her pants. Detectives located the purse and recovered a bindle of aluminum foil from the front pocket. Inside the foil was suspected fentanyl. The suspected fentanyl later field tested positive and weighed.9 gram. Investigators also approached room 255 and knocked on the door. The only occupant of room 255 was a female identified as Gabrielle Marie Schindlbeck, [DOB REDACTED] (hereinafter “Schindlbeck”). During a search of the room, investigators located a Ziplock style bag containing a crystalline substance consistent with methamphetamine in the top drawer of the TV cabinet.
The substance later field tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed 76.7 grams. Schindlbeck was placed under arrest and searched. Schindlbeck was asked if she had any contraband on her person to which she produced baggies and a pipe from her pants. Schindlbeck stated that the methamphetamine belonged to Webster. Also located in the room was a title to a vehicle belonging to Webster. A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle Webster was driving. Webster was ordered out of the vehicle. As he stepped out, deputies observed a small baggie containing an unknown substance fall onto the ground.
Webster denied the baggie was his. While trying to secure Webster, he resisted and officers were forced to take him to the ground. Webster was placed in handcuffs and seated in the back of a squad car. During a search of Webster’s person, deputies located 1.3 grams of presumptive positive cocaine. 11.7 grams of presumptive positive methamphetamine and 4.3 grams of presumptive positive cocaine were also recovered from the cage of the squad car. Squad video from inside the car shows Webster remove the baggies from his crotch and throw them on the floor.
Also located on Webster’s person was a keycard for Room 255 where the large amount of methamphetamine was located. 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 5/18/2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: YOU MUST APPEAR FOR EVERY COURT HEARING REGARDING THIS CASE.
