Probable Cause
On March 17, 2026, Woodbury Police went to an extended stay motel in the city of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota. Officers had learned that one of the guests, Timothy Prakash Lehmeyer, (D. O. B. 2-1- 1986), Defendant herein, had active arrest warrants. Officers went to the motel and waited outside of Defendant's room in the hallway. Defendant eventually exited the room and was arrested by law enforcement. During a search incident to arrest, a large sandwich baggie was located inside of his pants pocket.
Inside of the bag was 11.34 grams of a powdery substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Defendant is in custody.
