Ronald John Jackson III

On July 2, 2025, at approximately 5:25 A.M., Maplewood Officers responded to Cobble Stone Apartments, 2600 block of Conway Avenue East, Maplewood, County of Ramsey, on a domestic. Officer Podgorski arrived and made contact with TNF. TNF said the father of her children-RONALD JOHN JACKSON, [DOB REDACTED]-broke into her apartment. JACKSON had not been given access to TNF’s apartment, and does not live there. He lives with his mother in Saint Paul. Earlier in the evening, TNF received text messages from JACKSON asking to go to her apartment.

She declined. At approximately 5:04 A.M., TNF was lying in bed when she heard knocking on her windows. She went to her living room and saw JACKSON standing outside of her kitchen window. JACKSON asked her to open the door for him to go inside. TNF refused. JACKSON became upset and yelled at her to be allowed inside. TNF called 911. JACKSON knocked out the air conditioner unit that is in TNF’s living room, and crawled inside through the hole in the wall. TNF told JACKSON she was on the phone with 911. JACKSON left the apartment through the front door and fled on foot.

TNF’s three young children were inside the apartment. TNF’s air conditioner was on the floor inside the apartment. There was damage around the air conditioner unit and there was a hole in the wall from TNF’s apartment to outside of the building. Management for the apartment building provided video to police. The video show JACKSON jogging back and forth around the outside of the apartment several times at approximately 2:00 A.M. At approximately 2:55 A.M., an unknown female let JACKSON into the apartment complex.

Management from the apartment building advised a new air conditioner was installed in TNF’s apartment, cost $594.27. JACKSON has the following domestic violence convictions.
