Colione Valentino Brown

On December 12, 2025, at approximately 11:40 A.M., officers responded to a report of two people potentially selling drugs out of a car in a McDonald's parking lot at 29XX Hennepin in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The car was a blue sedan that had been reported as stolen a few days prior by M. C. After her keys had gone missing and the car had been parked on the street. Officers approached and the person outside the car ran away on foot. The driver was identified as Colione Valentino Brown, hereafter defendant.

Defendant said he was just using the vehicle but did not steal it. The State is seeking a summons for the defendant to appear in Court.
