On March 25, 2026, officers responded to an apartment complex located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] N, Brooklyn Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, on a report of a property damage in progress. Dispatch advised that a male was stomping on the hood of a vehicle and broke the windshield. Upon arrival, the officers observed a male, later identified as ALLEN DEJUAN GIBSON, DEFENDANT herein, on the hood of a white Ford bearing MN license plate YCH8385. The officers observed the DEFENDANT stomping on the hood and kicking the windshield.
