ROBINSON said CCY stayed in the hallway for the day then knocked on his door and asked to use the restroom. ROBINSON stated that he let CCY in to use the bathroom. While CCY used the bathroom, ROBINSON reported that he was in his bedroom with the door closed. ROBINSON said that CCY knocked on his bedroom door and asked for money to get home.
ROBINSON did not want to give her money. ROBINSON stated that CCY came at him, and he grabbed her arms to push her back then pushed her into the hallway of the apartment building.
