The loss prevention officer advised VICTORIA LYNN ROBINSON [DOB REDACTED] had been apprehended on March 4, 2026, for a theft occurring at the Sephora location at the Southdale Mall. Loss Prevention was able to locate the past-action thefts due to ROBINSON using her "beauty insider" account during the purchases/returns. Loss Prevention then reviewed the surveillance footage from the store on the dates which ROBINSON made purchases or returns. The follow thefts were determined to have occurred at the Woodbury Sephora location: January 15, 2026: ROBINSON entered the store at 7:22 P.M., selected merchandise, and concealed it in her pocket.
She then selected additional items and presented them to the cashier for payment but did not present or pay for the concealed merchandise. ROBINSON then left the store passing all points of sale. The concealed merchandise included two Dior Glow Maximizers for a total of $94.00. January 25, 2026: ROBINSON entered the store at 7:22 P.M., selected merchandise, and concealed them in her jacket. She then selected additional merchandise and concealed them in her Sephora shopping bag that she had brought with her.
ROBINSON then went to the registers were she presented merchandise for two separate returns, however she never attempted to remove the concealed merchandise for payment. ROBINSON then left the store passing all points of sale. The concealed merchandise included two Dior foundations, and two Dior eye shadow pallets for a total of $264.00. March 2, 2026: ROBINSON entered the store at 2:55 P.M., selected merchandise, and concealed them in her jacket pocket. She then moved them from her jacket to a Sephora bag she brought in the store with her.
ROBINSON then selects additional merchandise and conceals it in her jacket pocket. She then goes to the registers where she made two separate returns for other products and made no attempts to pay for the concealed merchandise. ROBINSON then left the store passing all points of sale. The concealed merchandise included three Dior foundations and a Charlotte Tilbury foundation for a total of $232.00. The combined value for all three thefts was found to be $590.00. ROBINSON has a prior felony conviction for Check Forgery, convicted on August 8, 2023 (66-CR-23-829).
