On October 11, 2025, at approximately 11:14 PM, St. Cloud Police Officer Turner stopped a vehicle, displaying Minnesota License CXN743, in a parking lot in the 500 block of Twelfth Street South in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, after observing it only had one front headlight working. Officer Turner also recognized the vehicle as being used by Anthony Joseph Weiland, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, who he was aware had several active warrants for his arrest. Officer Turner immediately had to yell at the male to stop when he looked like he was going to run from the vehicle.
Officer Turner confirmed he was the defendant and that he had two active warrants and placed him under arrest for them. In a search incident to arrest, Officer Turner located a small baggie of a white crystal like substance, which the defendant admitted was Methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance. Officer Turner later confirmed the substance was 1.03 grams with packaging. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or about the 11th day of October, 2025, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offenses described herein.
