On April 1, 2026, at approximately 5:03 P.M., LH reported a domestic assault to Officer Swetala by phone. LH said she was with her ex-girlfriend-XAIMYRE LEE HOLLIE, [DOB REDACTED]-at her residence on McKnight Road North, Maplewood, County of Ramsey, at around 11:00 in the morning. LH went through HOLLIE’s phone while she was sleeping and found texts of HOLLIE flirting with other girls. She smacked HOLLIE by hitting her head. She and HOLLIE got into HOLLIE’s truck and drove around together. The incident continued to escalate and she struck HOLLIE on the chin with a closed fist because she got in her space.
HOLLIE pulled into an alley near the 1500 block of McKnight Road and parked. HOLLIE grabbed LH’s phone, got out of the truck. LH got into the driver’s seat. HOLLIE found information on the phone that she (LH) had sex with a male recently and at one point, thought she was pregnant. HOLLIE went to the open driver’s side door and began striking her with a closed fist on her face and arms approximately ten to fifteen times. LH slid back into the passenger’s seat and HOLLIE got into the driver’s seat.
HOLLIE “got on” LH and began choking her with her hands around her neck. LH could not breathe or speak and felt like she would die. HOLLIE stopped choking her and began to drive around the area recklessly-speeding, swerving, and not stopping for stop signs. HOLLIE said, “you wanna die?” HOLLIE told her that if she was pregnant, she would shoot and kill her and her baby. HOLLIE dropped her off at a gas station at Larpenteur Avenue and McKnight Road North. Later, a friend picked her up. LH said HOLLIE posted a Snapchat video bragging about “beating her ass.” LH said she sent the video and photos of her injuries to Richfield Officer Miller.
LH said HOLLIE does not have a firearm, but could easily obtain one. Officer Miller confirmed he took a statement from LH. Officer Miller sent Officer Swetala the Snapchat video. Officer Swetala viewed the video and observed HOLLIE bragging that she “beat that bitch up.” Officer Miller also sent Officer Swetala photos of LH’s injuries. In photos, Officer Swetala observed marks on LH’s hands, face, lips, and neck, noting that the marks on LH’s neck appear to be hand marks. Officer Miller said some of the marks on LH’s hands were from her accidentally striking her hand against the truck.
On April 2, 2026, at approximately 12:20 A.M., Officer Swetala went to the residence on McKnight Road. HOLLIE was arrested. After a Miranda advisory, HOLLIE spoke to Officer Swetala. HOLLIE confirmed that LH went through her phone while she was sleeping. LH awakened her by smacking her on the right side of her face. HOLLIE drove around with LH in her truck, and parked near the train tracks at 1300 McKnight. HOLLIE went through LH’s phone and was triggered when she saw LH had sex with a male and thought she had been pregnant.
HOLLIE admitted she “flipped a switch” and assaulted LH, punching her around three times. She got on LH and grabbed her by the collar. She did not try to choke LH. If there were marks on LH’s neck, it must have been from her hand hitting her neck when she grabbed her collar. While HOLLIE was driving, LH said she wanted to die multiple times. HOLLIE responded, “we can die together.” HOLLIE denied threatening to shoot anyone. She told LH she would “hurt her and the baby” and “step on her” if LH was pregnant.

HOLLIE said she made the Snapchat video to express that girls should not play with her feelings. HOLLIE said, “I do hit people that play with my feelings.
