Francis Nmn Souk

That on October 30, 2024, at approximately 1225 hours, Officer Y. I., Metro Transit Police, responded to a disorderly conduct call at the Lake Street and I35W Transit Center, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Upon arrival, Off. Y. I. Met with the reporting party, Y. L. W., who is a security officer. Y. L. W. Stated that a person, Defendant herein, Francis (nmn) Souk, [DOB REDACTED], had pushed and threatened her by stating that he would “find her car” and “will kill you” causing Y. L. W. Fear of imminent harm.

Follow up investigation using surveillance video from the incident recently allowed detectives to positively identify Defendant.
