26 P.M., law enforcement served a search warrant at 613 27th Ave SW, in the City of Willmar, Kandiyohi County, MN. Law enforcement announced their presence indicating they had a search warrant. Agent Josiah Puckett heard a female voice yell, “we’re getting raided.” They saw movement inside the house. The front door was unlocked. Law enforcement opened the front door. They observed Patricio Garcia Jr coming from the main bedroom. They also observed Nicole Gomez, JOEL GOMEZ [DOB REDACTED] and Juvenile Male A, age 14 coming from the garage area.
Law enforcement also located JOSHUA LEE HANSON, [DOB REDACTED] in the garage. HANSON had active warrants for his arrest and was placed under arrest. The residence of 613 27th Avenue SW is a two‐story residential dwelling with a two‐stall attached garage. It has two bedrooms with a bathroom on the upstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the downstairs. In the southeast main floor bedroom, agents noted a pack and play that was set up for a small child. Off the kitchen area to the west side of the residence was a set of stairs that went downstairs to the basement.
Additionally, off the dining room/kitchen area was an access door to the attached garage. The garage area was mainly used for storage but had a table and chairs set up in the middle as if an area used for smoking. In the south side of the garage there was an enclosed area that had an inside marijuana grow room. Inside of this room there was four immature plants and four mature marijuana plants. The garage was filled with items that made it incapable of having any vehicles inside of the garage. In walking around the back side or the south side of the property there was a wood pile that was near the southwest corner of the residence.
Security cameras were also observed to be on the property on the exterior. In the basement northeast bedroom, Agents located documents for HANSON including his driver’s license, Project Turnabout ID, credit cards and a medical insurance plan document. Agent Puckett located on the bed underneath a pillow, a vial containing a white substance which field tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine. Next to this vial was a glass pipe which had a white crystal substance inside. The substance inside was later scraped field tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine.
In the basement southeast bedroom, Agents located documents for Juvenile Male B including court paperwork. 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 11/7/2025 Juvenile Male B would also retrieve clothing from this bedroom in the presence of officers. In this room, agents located a pipe pick that field tested positive for methamphetamine; Ziploc baggies that field tested positive for methamphetamine in a dresser drawer and gallon Ziploc baggie that field tested positive for methamphetamine.
