On January 15, 2026, at approximately 11:30 P.M., Minneapolis police officers were on patrol when they observed a Dodge Ram pickup truck, license plate RMB-591, traveling near Penn Avenue North and 21st Avenue North, in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Officers observed the pickup truck run through two stop signs without stopping and initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver was identified as HENRY ALLEN WADE WALKER [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter “Defendant.” There was an adult female, Victim herein, in the front passenger seat.
As officers approached the vehicle, they observed Defendant’s pants and underwear were pulled down above his knees and his penis was exposed. As officers talked with Defendant, they smelled a strong odor of alcohol on Defendant’s breath and observed Defendant’s eyes were bloodshot and watery. Officers administered several field sobriety tests on Defendant and observed numerous signs of impairment. Defendant was arrested and transported to the police station. Officers read Defendant the MN Breath Test Advisory and asked him to take a breath test, but Defendant refused.
Officers also found an open bottle of vodka near the passenger seat of the vehicle. Officers spoke with Victim. Victim stated she just met Defendant earlier that night. Victim was at the Union Liquor store in Minneapolis when Defendant approached her and offered to give her a ride. Victim [NAME REDACTED] would not take rides from strangers, but Defendant knew her uncle. Once they got into Defendant’s vehicle, he started making sexual demands and telling her to drink from the bottle of alcohol inside the vehicle.
Victim refused but Defendant ignored her and started pulling her pants down. Defendant then penetrated Victim’s vagina with his fingers while he was driving. Victim [NAME REDACTED] did not consent to this, and Defendant was not allowing her to leave the car. Victim [NAME REDACTED] was driving erratically before he was stopped by officers. Defendant is currently in custody.
