On 08/26/2025, a HCSO detective received and reviewed a report of a theft, that had been submitted by Target Field security, pertaining to theft that allegedly occurred at Target Field in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. It was reported that a male, later identified as Laurence John Charette, [DOB REDACTED] (“Defendant”) entered one of the stadium’s retail stores and removed a baseball cap worth $39.99 from the store without paying and without permission. Officers identified Defendant by comparing the video surveillance footage with jail booking photos.
